Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at chicladycloset@gmail.com with your order number, return reason, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our customer service team will reply within 48 hours.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original condition.

Please do not send returns to the address on the package. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and emailing us the tracking number after shipment.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
