Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 1-5 business days after your order is confirmed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
For pre-order items, processing may take longer. Any extended processing time will usually be noted on the product page or product options.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE economy shipping on orders over $79.
Shipping fees for orders under $79 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
You can track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your tracking number.
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check that the email address provided at checkout was correct. You may also want to check your spam or junk folder.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once payment has been verified and your order has entered processing, we may not be able to cancel or change the order. However, if you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Chicladycloset is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly or check with your local delivery office. For stolen packages, we recommend contacting your local carrier or local authorities.
